Dear Friends and Supporters of Samaritan’s Feet:

Welcome to our new-look and our newly redesigned website!

Just in case you hadn't noticed, things are changing around here…Not only have our website been redesigned to enhance your experience with us, but we’ve also introduced our Samaritan Journal, an interactive blog as part of the facelift, to help bring up to the minute update about the ministry and information about the children you help support through Samaritan’s Feet around the world.

If you're a regular visitor, then things will look a bit different: you might want to take some time to explore the site and get used to the new look and feel and our gallery of videos to further enhance your visit. If you're new - well...welcome and thank you for joining us.

God has tremendously blessed the efforts of Samaritan’s Feet around the world.  What you're seeing on the new site and news pages are the result of a lot of hard work from our dedicated staff, partners, and volunteers – but more importantly you our supporter!  It is also part of a wider change across Samaritan’s Feet, to not only enhance your experience with us, but to provide you our supporters tools and content to help virally market the mission of this great organization across the globe.  We hope with your help, to be able expedite our mission of inspiring hope and providing 10 million pairs of shoes on the feet of 10 million impoverished children around the world!  The result is that we can better showcase our ministry efforts around the world and celebrate our progress together…Pointing you to the stories that matter.

More news, more commentary... more useful

As part of the re-launch, every day we'll bring you more of what you've come to expect of us: news, articles, and featured stories from our ambassadors, insight on how to grow spiritually.  Later on, we hope to bring to you our “Daily Words of Inspiration” to help get your day started right, and our “Missions Minute”, with helpful tidbits and life-changing stories from the mission’s field around the world.

The fresh look will incorporate several news and videos of our domestic and international projects and real-time events of on-going projects globally.  We've also got a few new faces and voices joining the Samaritan’s Feet family that will be introduced to you shortly….You'll be seeing more in-depth features, specials and interactive features over the coming weeks.

Remember to click on the Fila World Walk link to register for the walk in your city, or plan to come out and join me on my 300 mile journey in my bare feet from Charlotte Lowe’s Motor Speedway to Atlanta Motor Speedway over 2-weeks to help raise over 200,000 pairs of shoes for needy children in this country and around the world!

Keep the shoes coming….“The need for shoes never ends,” says Yvonne Moore, a Charlotte-based supporter and representative of the Ronald Blue & Co. Moore was one of the blessed ones who traveled to Haiti a couple of years ago, and the Dominican Republic January of this year, who saw first hand the kind of hope Samaritan’s Feet brings.  “They travel and walk from long distances to the distribution sites, where they get their feet washed, receive new shoes and loved on lavishly” she recalls.

On behalf of the millions of children we serve in this country and around the world, thank you for your generosity and your willingness to partner with us to help alleviate suffering for children.  We thank you for sharing in our passion to reach children with the message of hope and the good news of our Lord and savior!

Sincerely,

Manny & Tracie Ohonme - Founders, Samaritan’s Feet.
