Samaritan’s Feet Ambassadors will represent our mission to serve and inspire hope and dignity in children, adults and seniors by providing shoes as the foundation to a spiritual and healthy life resulting in the advancement of education, social equality and economic opportunities.
The role of a Samaritan’s Feet Ambassador is to execute a shoe distribution in the absence of a Samaritan’s Feet employee. The SF Ambassador is responsible for setting up the distribution and then executing from beginning to end on the day of the event. The Ambassador will represent Samaritan’s Feet with the utmost integrity, exemplifying the core values of the mission and vision.
Keys to Achieving Success:
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Ability to speak publicly to small & large groups
- Flexible schedule
- Knowledgeable of the Samaritan’s Feet story/history
- Strong relational skills (ability to exhibit patience, enthusiasm, kindness, compassion, and a gracious demeanor with all SF partners including volunteers, donors, corporate sponsors, staff members, regional coordinators, surprise guests, etc.)
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to multi-task
