Charlotte FC x Samaritan's Feet
You can join Charlotte FC and also give hope through the gift of new shoes to those in need right here in Charlotte and around the world! Just a few weeks ago, Charlotte FC representatives joined Samaritan's Feet by giving 300 pairs of new shoes to children in need.
If you aren't able to donate new shoes at the game on September 21st, we invite you to donate $30, which will help serve one person with a new pair of shoes, while also providing them with comfort and confidence to live their best life.
Samaritan’s Feet, a non-profit based in Charlotte, NC, inspires hope by providing new shoes. Since 2003, the organization and its partners have distributed over 10.5 million pairs of shoes in 110 countries and 625 U.S. cities. Over 30 years ago, nine-year-old Manny Ohonme from Nigeria received his first pair of shoes, which inspired him to pursue basketball and earn a college scholarship in the U.S. This life-changing moment, along with his wife Tracie’s experience of the power of encouragement, led them to start Samaritan’s Feet. Their mission is to give hope and healing through the gift of shoes, transforming lives and uplifting communities worldwide.
In the last eight years, Samaritan's Feet has distributed 45,023 pairs of shoes to children, adults, and seniors in the Charlotte area.
Samaritan’s Feet has partnership opportunities for athletes, coaches, and teams of all levels to engage with their community while making a difference.
See how you can make a difference with us and join us as we give hope and healing to those in need. Sign up and we'll keep you informed.
