Shoe Distributions

Giving Shoes. Giving Hope.

Shoe Distributions are the overarching initiative of Samaritan’s Feet in the United States. The goal is to bring a life-changing message of hope, love, and compassion to the children, Seniors, those experiencing homelessness, refugees, and others who are served with a new pair of shoes.

Shoe Distributions are generally one day events where volunteers and staff welcome participants, share Samaritan’s Feet story of hope, wash their feet, and provide them with a new pair of socks and shoes.

Shoe Distributions bring communities together—volunteers and leaders from the area are able to serve their neighbors in need while showing compassion to develop strong relationships.

NATION DAY OF SERVICE

Around the MLK holiday weekend, volunteers from diverse backgrounds join together, symbolizing a unified effort of the “Beloved Community” of which Dr. King dreamed.

SHOES OF HOPE

Individuals, families, small groups, churches, and corporations to encourage, provide comfort, and share hope within their communities.

BACK TO SCHOOL

Back to School events provide a framework for community collaboration to prepare students materially, physically, and spiritually for the new school year.

ONE CITY

Local leaders, community groups, and a diverse group of individuals join together to serve neighbors in need in a HUGE way to show unity in your city.

SENIORS

Provide anti-slip, lightweight shoes to Seniors so that they can improve health and mobility, and overall quality of life.
