Nonprofits and organizations in the Raleigh-Durham area have consistently reported that shoes are one of the hardest necessities to secure for the people they serve, highlighting the urgent need for this basic but often overlooked item. I’m walking from the NC Capitol Building to the Durham Bulls athletic park to raise awareness and funds for shoes in our area.

Our goal is to serve 2,000 people in Raleigh and 2,000 people in Durham with a new pair of shoes and a message of HOPE. As we distribute these shoes, we’ll have the opportunity to bring neighbors, religious leaders, community influencers, and public service personnel together to inspire empathy and unity.

You can significantly assist us in impacting those in need in Raleigh and Durham. By becoming a donor or sponsor, you will make a tangible difference right here at home.
